For over 10 years I was the lead user interface designer for an HR software company. I worked closely with the company founder, business experts and the development team to create an elegant solution capable of handling people management processes from hire to retire for companies of 200+ people.

The development of this massive product involved countless iterations to handle multiple use cases over many years and included quick feedback loops, technical discovery as well as UI best practices that evolved as the technology and platform became more sophisticated.

The software is now used by companies in many industries around the world to help them understand and optimize where company time and money is being spent and the UX has been very well received.
